In his early 20s, Michael Jordan was like a lean version of LeBron James — always brimming with energy and ready to pounce the ball at any given chance. Just take a look at this video where he drives effortlessly to the basket, tomahawks the heck out of an innocent backboard, and showers plastic rain onto his opponents.

To commemorate that iconic moment MJ shattered the backboard, the Jordan Brand is about to release the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Shattered Backboard” which will come in an orange/black/white colorway to match the uniform Jordan was wearing during that game.
The Shattered Backboards are slated to drop June 27 for $160, and word on the street is that it will be limited to a couple of thousand pairs.
