Comic book fans have waited for Deapool to grace the screens since the fourth wall breaking antihero has appeared in 1991. His character and demeanor demands to be put on the silver screen instead of being stationary on the pages of comic books.
We got a version of him in X-Men Origins: Wolverine but that character was nothing like the beloved Merc with a Mouth that we have come to love. Fox is taking another stab at the character with the upcoming Deadpool. Ryan Reynolds is back as Deadpool, and from what we can tell from the trailer above he seems to be the perfect choice. Let’s just hope that his mouth doesn’t get sewn shut again like last time.
